Welcome, nau mai, haere mai

It’s hard to put everyone into a single box… So here I’ve collected a bunch of things I’m interested in, things I create, and things I’ve learned along the way of life.

Following a TBI in 2015 life was flipped upside down and inside out. I’ve been walking the path of self discovery, connection and reconnection to be person I was, am and will be.

Concussion Recovery Reflection Tool

Concussion affects everyone differently.

The Concussion Tool is designed to help people explore how their brain may be processing information, emotion and sensory input after injury. By mapping patterns across several key spectrums, it can provide insight into what might be happening beneath the surface.

Other bits of me

I'm a concussion lifer — eight concussions have left me with some permanent impairments. This is a bit about my recovery journey, the phases I've been through, and the things I've picked up along the way.

Reconnecting with creativity has been a big part of my recovery. I've explored a range of mediums, from acrylic paintings to sculptural wall hangings, and I'm always adding to the collection.

With a true number 8 wire mentality, we've taken on a lot of our own projects over the years. This is a collection of the builds, fixes, and upgrades we've done around our homes.
